Building awareness to action

Each of our local coalitions and their member/partners work to increase awareness through out the fall prevention pathway: the older adult, their family, caregivers, senior residential managers, health care providers and community educators. Here are the latest efforts.

The need is increasing exponentially to reduce our older adult community’s’ fall risk. To meet this challenge, the LA Falls Prevention Coalition hosted a FPA presentation training workshop.
