Building awareness to action
Each of our local coalitions and their member/partners work to increase awareness through out the fall prevention pathway: the older adult, their family, caregivers, senior residential managers, health care providers and community educators. Here are the latest efforts.
Every year we participate in a nation-wide survey of Fall Prevention actions taken in September coordinated by the National Council on Aging.
